This Privacy Policy describes how Imagine (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application Imagine (the “App”).

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account information (Google Sign-In via Supabase)

If you choose to sign in with Google, we use Supabase as our authentication and backend provider. Through that sign-in flow we may receive and store:

• Email address
• Name (which may include first name, last name, or display name, depending on what Google shares with the App)
• A unique user identifier (e.g. Supabase / OAuth subject ID) tied to your account

We use this information to create and manage your account, provide core App features, and communicate with you about your account where appropriate.

2.2 Content and usage

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

• Content you create or upload (e.g. prompts, images, or other inputs you choose to provide)
• Technical and usage data such as device type, operating system, approximate region (if inferred from IP by our services), crash logs, and in-app activity necessary to run and improve the App

The exact categories depend on the features you use.

2.3 Purchases and subscriptions (in-app purchases, RevenueCat)

The App offers in-app purchases and subscriptions. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, validate purchases, and related analytics as configured in our RevenueCat project.

We may process:

• Purchase and subscription records (e.g. product identifiers, subscription status, renewal events)
• App user identifiers linked to your account or device as required to deliver entitlements

We do not receive your full payment card details; payments are handled by Google Play (or Apple, on iOS) according to their terms and privacy policies.

2.4 Advertising (AppLovin)

The App displays advertisements using AppLovin (and related ad technology as AppLovin may use).

For advertising, AppLovin and its partners may collect and use identifiers and data such as:

• Advertising ID (e.g. Google Advertising ID on Android)
• Device and network information
• Approximate location (e.g. IP-based)
• Interaction data (e.g. ad views, clicks)

This supports serving ads, measuring performance, fraud prevention, and, where allowed, personalization. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings (e.g. Android “Ads” / “Opt out of Ads Personalization” where available).

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App
• Authenticate you and manage your account
• Process in-app purchases and subscriptions and unlock features
• Show ads through AppLovin
• Improve reliability, security, and performance (e.g. debugging, abuse prevention)
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

4. Legal bases (EEA, UK, or similar)

Where required, we rely on:

• Contract — to provide the App and purchased features
• Legitimate interests — e.g. security, analytics that do not override your rights, some advertising where permitted
• Consent — where we ask for it (e.g. certain cookies or tracking, where applicable)
• Legal obligation — where the law requires processing

We share information with service providers that help us run the App, including:

These providers process data on our instructions or their own policies as applicable. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger), as permitted by law.

We keep information as long as needed to provide the App, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it according to our retention practices, subject to legal requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. in the EU)

Account and data deletion: In the Imagine app, open Profile, then use Delete account & data (and confirm the warning). That opens an email to contact@digitalnative.vip with your user details, or uses server-side deletion if your app version supports it. You can also email us directly with the same request.

You may control Google account data via Google’s account tools and ad personalization via device and AppLovin / industry opt-out tools where available.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us at contact@digitalnative.vip and we will take appropriate steps.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own (including where Supabase, RevenueCat, AppLovin, or we operate). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

11. Third-party links and services

The App may link to third-party sites or services. This policy does not apply to them. Please read their privacy policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
